Service description & eligibility
PasPoto provides AI-based photo processing to produce compliant ID photos for Indonesian documents. Users must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use the service.
User rights to images
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. PasPoto does not claim ownership of your content, except for the limited permission required to process the service.
Limited license for processing
By uploading photos, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely to process images and deliver the results. This license ends after processing is complete or when you remove the content from the service.
User representations & warranties
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consent to upload photos and process them through PasPoto. You are responsible for any third-party rights violations arising from uploaded content.
Service disclaimer & liability limitations
The service is provided "as-is" and may change at any time. PasPoto does not guarantee error-free results or suitability for specific needs. To the extent permitted by law, PasPoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the service.
Suspension & termination
PasPoto may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity. We may take action without prior notice to protect service integrity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through applicable legal mechanisms in Indonesia.
