How PasPoto processes your uploaded photos
This document briefly explains what happens to your photos, how long we store them, and how your data is handled after processing.
Photo processing flow
- Photos are uploaded to PasPoto servers via a secure connection.
- The system checks quality (lighting, face position, and sharpness).
- AI processes photos based on the selected service (background, size, attire).
- Final results are provided for preview and download.
Storage & retention
- We only store photos if you choose to link them to your account.
- If not linked, photos are removed after processing completes.
- If linked, default storage is 30 days before data is cleared automatically.
- Final photos are stored indefinitely.
- You can request deletion via support.

Use for other purposes
- We do not use your photos to train models, including free-tier users.
- Data is used only to process your request and present results.
Future use
If new use cases arise beyond current processing (e.g., research or new features), permissions will be updated on this policy page before implementation.
